Economics Teacher

Aston Education is looking for a permanent full-time Economics Teacher to join an oversubscribed Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary academy from September.

Economics is a strong subject at the school with a track record of successful outcomes. They offer A Level at KS5 which is popular, and they achieve well above national average results each year.

The school is seeking to appoint an inspirational Economics Teacher with QTS/QTLS to teach KS4 and KS5 Economics and use your experience, strong subject knowledge, and vision to deliver high quality outcomes for all pupils.

The school wants pupils to achieve their full potential, and, in this role, they would want you to teach challenging Economics material and prepare students to successfully move on to the next phase of their learning journey. 

The school is part of a well-performing large multi-academy trust (MAT), and they offer excellent and individually tailored CPD and many other benefits such as good career opportunities, staff wellbeing programme and many INSET days solely dedicated to planning.
