Aston Education was founded in 2019 by Tarja Aila who is a qualified primary teacher with QTS. After a successful teaching career, Tarja moved into education recruitment twenty years ago, found her niche and never left!

 

She is passionate about driving excellence in education through talent attraction and building trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.

 

Tarja specialises in permanent appointments and prides herself on finding the best match for each school, multi academy trust or applicant.

 

She is a fellow and professional member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC).
